ProdecoTech Stride 300 Full-Size Step-Through Folding Electric Bike

 ProdecoTech's rigorous testing trials have constructed the first full-size folding e-bike with a step-through frame, and the modern brushed aluminum finish of the Stride sets it apart in the electric bicycle industry. Effortless ease of mounting and dismounting makes it perfect for all types of riders thanks to the step-through frame. You will appreciate the Avid DB1 Hydraulic disc brakes, not to mention the SRAM X7 Twist 8-speed shifter. The Stride’s 300-Watt free-spinning motor mounted in the front wheel, which delivers 500 Watts at peak, provides a smooth ride. Just give a half twist to the throttle to feel the ‘power-on-demand’ sensation of the propulsion system and reach speeds up to 18 mph while covering distances of up to 35 miles per battery charge. Shipping rates to Canada are more expensive, so we must charge a light shipping cost. There is a flat shipping rate of $80 to anywhere in Canada.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and accepted your method of payment.  Your order will be processed immediately and be prepared for shipment as fast as possible. This can still take up to 5 days. Stock is updated weekly, so if by unlucky chance the last bike was sold before your order, we will reach out to you. You can then choose to cancel your order or wait for the bike to be back in stock and we will offer a good discount in return.

Order Shipment:

When your bike has shipped, we will send you an email with the order details and tracking information. You can check on the shipping status of your bike when inserting the tracking number into the UPS, FedEx or USPS website (shipping carrier may vary). Shipping can take anywhere between 3-10 days, all depending on your shipping address.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@zappywheels.com and we will have a replacement bike or parts be delivered to you for free.

Cancellations & Refunds:

There will be no fee if you decide to cancel before the order has been processed and before the bike has been prepared for shipment. If you want to cancel your order after packing but before shipping has begun, you will likely be charged a small fee at the discretion of the manufacturer.  If you choose to cancel after your bike has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

              

We take a lot of pride in offering our customers the absolute best prices for electric bikes online.  We list all of our e-bikes at the manufacturer's minimum, so there is nobody that should be offering lower prices. If, somehow, you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within two months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund you the difference in price. Returns

Please be aware of the return policy of your bike before purchasing.

The return process is the same for all bikes, but the return policy of the bike depends on the manufacturer and the policy that they hold (see below). We can only apply the same return policy as the one the manufacturer carries out. That policy can last 7 days and in some cases up to 30 days depending on the manufacturer of the bike. Some brands do not accept returns unless there is a major defect with the bike. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange in any instance. 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your bike must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns process

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@zappywheels.com and give your name, the bike brand and model and your reason for the return or exchange. If your circumstances fall within the brand's return policy (see below), then you will receive a refund/exchange as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstance, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied.

Cancellations (if applicable)

You do have the option to cancel your order, for whatever reason, before the bike has shipped, but be aware that you will be charged a restocking fee of up to 10%.

 

ProdecoTech Return Policy

ProdecoTech allows you to return your purchased item for a period of 30 days from the date of your purchase. You are solely responsible for returning the item in its original packaging to ProdecoTech to the mutually agreeable return location determined when you process the return. You are solely responsible for any and all shipping and handling charges and you will be charged a 10% restocking fee upon ProdecoTech’s receipt of the item. ProdecoTech will not issue a credit until it is in possession of the returned item.

Refunds will be issued in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

PRODECOTECH FRAME WARRANTY

PRODECOTECH bicycle frames are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for 2 years for the original owner. If the bicycle is sold and/or ownership transferred, the frame warranty will follow PRODECOTECH’S 2 year component warranty.

PRODECOTECH LIMITED 2 YEAR COMPONENTS WARRANTY PRODECOTECH’S

bicycle components including forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, cables, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, chain, rims, spokes, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 2 year period from the date of original purchase. Electronic components such as controllers, batteries, motors, and chargers may need to be returned to PRODECOTECH for testing prior to replacement. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Sram warrants their component parts directly. PRODECOTECH is not authorized to replace or repair Sram parts. SRAM can be contacted directly at www.sram.com.

PRODECOTECH LIMITED 2 YEAR BATTERY WARRANTY PRODECOTECH’S

lithium ion LiFEPO4 batteries are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 2 year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage

PRODECOTECH LIMITED 30 DAY FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

If within the first 30 days of purchase, PRODECOTECH at their sole option and expense will repair or replace any defective PRODECOTECH bicycle upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major defect. PRODECOTECH or your PRODECOTECH dealer will have sole discretion to determine whether the damage, failure or loss is due to a major defect or otherwise. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting PRODECOTECH Customer Service Center at 800-943- 6190 within the 30 day warranty period.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

This warranty only applies to the original registered owner of a PRODECOTECH bicycle. This warranty does not apply to rental or commercial use bicycles. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of PRODECOTECH. This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, operator error, water damage, stunt riding or improper follow-up maintenance. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads). PRODECOTECH will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall PRODECOTECH be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products.

If your PRODECOTECH electric bicycle is not working properly because of a defect, you may return it to the place of purchase or any authorized PRODECOTECH dealer for inspection. You may direct your warranty questions to an authorized PRODECOTECH dealer or PRODECOTECH Customer Service at 800-943-6190. Parts which are verified by PRODECOTECH to be defective and qualify for warranty replacement will be provided after your warranty claim is processed. All shipping costs and labor for the warranted defective part to PRODECOTECH are the responsibility of the owner. Prior to any warranty replacement, your bicycle must be registered with PRODECOTECH on our website http://prodecotech.com/registeryour-bike/ or by mailing in the warranty registration card. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice is required.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other remedies, including consequential and incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state.

International customers and customers outside of the Continental USA will be subject to all shipping fees, duties and taxes, regardless of location of initial purchase.
