Shipping is 100% FREE to anywhere in the lower 48 states of the United States. It's that simple.  

Canada

Shipping rates to Canada are more expensive, so we must charge a light shipping cost. There is a flat shipping rate of $80 to anywhere in Canada.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail as soon as you place your order. This means that we have received your order in our system and accepted your method of payment.  Your order will be processed immediately and be prepared for shipment as fast as possible. This can still take up to 5 days. Stock is updated weekly, so if by unlucky chance the last bike was sold before your order, we will reach out to you. You can then choose to cancel your order or wait for the bike to be back in stock and we will offer a good discount in return.

Order Shipment:

When your bike has shipped, we will send you an email with the order details and tracking information. You can check on the shipping status of your bike when inserting the tracking number into the UPS, FedEx or USPS website (shipping carrier may vary). Shipping can take anywhere between 3-10 days, all depending on your shipping address.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@zappywheels.com and we will have a replacement bike or parts be delivered to you for free.

Cancellations & Refunds:

There will be no fee if you decide to cancel before the order has been processed and before the bike has been prepared for shipment. If you want to cancel your order after packing but before shipping has begun, you will likely be charged a small fee at the discretion of the manufacturer.  If you choose to cancel after your bike has already shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

We take a lot of pride in offering our customers the absolute best prices for electric bikes online.  We list all of our e-bikes at the manufacturer's minimum, so there is nobody that should be offering lower prices. If, somehow, you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within two months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund you the difference in price. That way, if you order from us, you know will be getting the best price on your electric bike. We want you to feel confident shopping at Zappy Wheels knowing you are not missing out on a better deal. If you find that our website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within two months of your purchase date, we will refund the difference as well.

To redeem your partial refund, please send an email to info@zappywheels.com and state your name and the bike you bought and we will send the appropriate refund.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:

• Promotions such as coupons and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible.
• The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the bike in question.
• You must have bought your bike through an online store, not a retail location.

Returns

Please be aware of the return policy of your bike before purchasing.

The return process is the same for all bikes, but the return policy of the bike depends on the manufacturer and the policy that they hold (see below). We can only apply the same return policy as the one the manufacturer carries out. That policy can last 7 days and in some cases up to 30 days depending on the manufacturer of the bike. Some brands do not accept returns unless there is a major defect with the bike. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange in any instance. 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your bike must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns process

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to info@zappywheels.com and give your name, the bike brand and model and your reason for the return or exchange. If your circumstances fall within the brand's return policy (see below), then you will receive a refund/exchange as soon as possible.

Depending on the circumstance, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied.

Cancellations (if applicable)

You do have the option to cancel your order, for whatever reason, before the bike has shipped, but be aware that you will be charged a restocking fee of up to 10%.

Big Cat USA Return Policy:

If you want to return the product, you have 7 days to try it out. If you do not like it after 7 days, you can return it in the same boxes and packing material it came with along with all the paperwork. We charge a 25% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the product back, we will inspect the product for any damage. If there is no damage, we will refund your credit card (minus the 25%) and the shipping cost.

Big Cat USA Product Warranty

The warranty extends exclusively to Big Cat products that are new and exhibit a material or production defect. All other parts and components shall be excluded from this warranty. Original bike components supplied by other manufacturers (in other words, non­Big Cat products) shall be subject to the warranty provisions of the manufacturer in question.

Big Cat assures the following services on the basis of this warranty throughout the respective warranty periods:

● At the discretion of Big Cat, repair or replacement with parts/components of the same value, whereby the replacement may vary from that being replaced with regard to the model and/or color.

● Big Cat grants a 1­-year warranty on a repair performed or replacement part fitted during the warranty period due to a material or production defect, irrespective of other warranty periods.

● If a Big Cat bike is exchanged in full for a new one due to a material or production defect, the same warranty provisions as for a newly purchased Big Cat bike shall apply.

WARRANTY EXCLUSION

The following components/parts and circumstances shall be excluded from this warranty or lead to exclusion from this warranty:

● If the vehicle is technically modified without the approval of the manufacturer

● Subsequent conversion/installation of incompatible or non­original parts

● Wearing parts (parts that would normally wear with normal to moderate use)

● Non­-Big Cat  parts/components

● Any modification of the version as delivered

● Repairs that have not been carried out by trained specialists or Authorized Big Cat ® dealers

● Inappropriate use/transport (extreme off road conditions such as stunts)

● Missing service inspections within an appropriate period

● Inappropriate maintenance/operation/upkeep

● Damage resulting from omitted or incorrect adjustment(s) or worn components

● Consequences of a fall

● Damage caused by climatic conditions or normal wear

● Damage due to unsuitable cleaning agents, utensils such as high­pressure cleaners or the additives used

● Commercial lending/transfer The following parts shall constitute wearing parts and be excluded from this warranty:

● Bump stops in forks and shock systems (applies to models with suspension fork)

● Coatings on fork stanchions and shock absorber pistons (applies to models with suspension fork)

● Moving parts made from rubber

● Brake pads

● Brake disks

● Seals

● Springs

● Rim flanges/brake surfaces

● Freewheel bodies

● Slide rings and plain bushes

● Bar grips and handlebar tape

● Cassettes, cogs, chain rings

● Chains

● Bearings and bearing seatings

● Airtight seals/O­rings

● Tires

● Shifting lever rubber coatings

● Shifting components

● Foam parts

● Fenders, chain guide

● Actuating cables and outer sleeves

● Spokes

● Dust rings
